I pay my own health and dental insurance, employment and other taxes, saving you bookkeeping costs. Working from my home office, I am less likely to get sick, and you don’t pay me sick leave when I do. Furthermore, you save the money you would otherwise spend on a direct employee’s vacation pay. I charge only for actual time spent on your project(s). Using my services saves you money on everyday expenses such as internet, telephone, workstation, software and office supplies, and even the square footage that you would otherwise need to provide a direct employee. When working from home, my schedule is much more flexible and efficient: I don’t charge overtime for work done over eight hours per day or forty hours per week; I can work as many (or few) hours as necessary for your project and deadlines.
